I'm trying to maximise happiness but transport is always too low. I had suburban roads before and when I switched to country roads, the happiness went down. It's not like I have a traffic problem either. All the roads are relatively clear. Are there specific roads or plugins that help with happiness?

The way current transport works is game tries to connect 2 buildings together and prioritizes trying out certain transport before resorting to cars or failing
