Everytime I load up the game I get stuck on prefetching images 11824/11825, I'm assuming because there's to many mods but I can't uninstall the mods since I have to load the game, I need some help

Just to clarify, 11148p is the current public version available on steam.

If you really think it is due to the amount of plugins downloaded, go to your plugins folder and remove the heaviest ones (most likely they are poorly optimized) that u have and it should open without problem, or purge it completely, after all you can download them from steam version without any problem in some minutes.

TheoTown files are located under such directories:

  • Windows: C:\Users\(insert username)\TheoTown or %USERPROFILE%\TheoTown
  • Linux: ~/TheoTown
  • MacOS: /user/TheoTown
  • Android: /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/info.flowersoft.theotown.theotown/files
    By default you should be in /storage/emulated/0/. Uninstalling the game on Android will delete all files, unless you decide to keep the files when prompted by uninstaller.

If you cannot access game files through these directories, game has an in-built file manager for mobile devices which is accessible from the region view menu.

You can find your plugin, music, region and city files there as well as logs for debugging purposes.
