problems with landfill and cemetery

The landfill and the cemetery are filling up without filling it as much as possible, the numbers aren't adding up, I'm having to clean it all the time, it says there's room for 50,000 but it's full with 5,000, how do I solve it?

The number I think you are referring to is not how much waste there is, but how much adds up each day (note that the measurement unit is L/d)

But the maximum L/d is 50,000 and it's filling with only 5,000, that's it, I barely build the dump and it already fills up, I had 4 of them and they didn't last, they filled quickly, and even if I put them at 200% it doesn't make any difference.

I meant that the value doesn't indicate the capacity, but the maximum amount which can be added each in-game day. So increasing it doesn't affect how fast it fills up
