Delay in saving cities

I updated the game today, and as soon as I started playing I realized that the save was taking too long, it always gets stuck on this screen (with the loading bar full) and it doesn't save

I'm playing online and I thought it was just a connection, but the same thing happened offline

Loading screens have a certain time that they will additionally take to accommodate for the new tips
