I am unable to save my city anymore.Its a pretty big city but I ran it perfectly till today.I got 30 plugins.I can't even make a different save as I can't go to the world menu and if I do it will just crash if I try to make a new world.

If you enable debug mode I think, you can access the game files from the more panel, there you can look for the city and delete it (I think they were in separate files for each city)

But you could probably edit the game's data with a third party file explorer, or Android's default one.

I could suggest trying to lower the RAM usage by manually stopping other apps in the background (hold the app -> more info -> Force interruption), just make sure you don't need these running while you play theotown as, for example, if you close WhatsApp this way you won't receive messages until you reopen it
