hey guys, i have this frustrating issue or a bug in my town where fire brigades aren't respawning. My city is turning into a scrap and people are getting mad beacuse of this fire trucks, i looked around the internet to solve this fire trucks to respawn like rebuilding the fire departments again and it just doesn't work, i had found out that this has been an issue since 2017, anyone who had this before and figured out how to solve it???
