When the ground is uneven, it forces you to go different ways to try to get to your necessary location for the road to go so it’s hard to place roads on difficult terrain

kulches plugin follows game style and i believe has a culture influence without having to spend diamonds.
i think its called kulche's advanced architecture

The number next to the building name denotes the influence provided by the building. The buildings under the landmarks and awards are all vanilla. Landmarks costs diamonds to place (on mobile). The plugins in the image are only some plugins that provide cultural influence. You may be able to find many more on the plugin store.

You dont need one, there are many creators who do it on their phone. You just need a pixel drawing app. Resources are pinned in #plugin-discussion and there are tutorials on the forum as well as youtube.
