I remember that i can connect road to another player city but today when i play with my friend its show the "connect to neighbors" prompt but it isnt showing in my friend city. Is it a bug or i just get mandela effect and that can only implement in offline mode?

Idk myself, it just pop ups sometimes, ignore it. But if you do connect it to end of the map it will make car spawner from where new people come to ur city
