#Population For UBER mode

I've always wondered, if this is an intentional thing for cities with uber mode or not
its not a big deal but it would be lovely to see your population number grow, its really weird to have a big city that shows that you only have 1.7K habitants

I want to add a bit more context here: Apparently it only happens if you unlock uber mode before you get TT and TTT residents/workers etc in sandbox or other difficulty game modes. If uber is unlocked after they move in, it should populate fine. The problem here starts if uber was unlocked beforee so wealthier residents never end up moving in even if services and demands are met.
