Increase in T3 residential and decrease in T2 residential has not been met by a decrease in T2 buildings and increase in T3 buildings.
As a result many T2 industry/commerce buildings are being left with a severe lack of workers (with many having parks, services etc
In images:
-showcase of one of commercial areas with this problem
-6/140 workers
-parks
-plenty of T3 commerce demand
-park, police, transportation, fire department coverage
-graphs of amount of res/commerce/industrial
Any ideas why they won’t upgrade commerce and still want demand for T2 commerce despite current commercial being understaffed?
