I downloaded it yesterday and played a few hours. This afternoon, I downloaded over 400 plugins and started my plan to build a new region. But it started crashing and couldn't generate new regions, which was a lil problem to me at the point cus before I downloaded plugins, it still could generate.
And java screen popped up, said that I didn't have enough head space. So I made some research in Support channel and downloaded Java in order to fix the problem.
It didnt stop there yet. After restarting my laptop, I couldnt launch the game. It immediately stopped right away. I uninstalled Java to see if it could work again, but it stayed the same.
Any help please?

remove some plugins to get more space. youd need 64 bit java to run the game so i recommend installing that
every plugin you have downloaded takes space from your RAM which is limited
when you generate maps and region, its also uses RAM which means you dont have enough
generating smaller regions and maps would help compared to bigger ones as well

TheoTown files are located under such directories:
- Windows: C:\Users\(insert username)\TheoTown or %USERPROFILE%\TheoTown
- Linux: ~/TheoTown
- MacOS: /user/TheoTown
- Android: /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/info.flowersoft.theotown.theotown/files
By default you should be in /storage/emulated/0/. Uninstalling the game on Android will delete all files, unless you decide to keep the files when prompted by uninstaller.
If you cannot access game files through these directories, game has an in-built file manager for mobile devices which is accessible from the region view menu.
You can find your plugin, music, region and city files there as well as logs for debugging purposes.

When submitting a good crash report, please provide the details of when or under what circumstances the game crashed as well as the following files which can be found in TheoTown folder:
- crash.txt
- log.txt
- out.txt
You can find out TheoTown's directory for your system by checking outPtag files.
Moreover, if you can trigger the game to crash with the same error in a reproducible fashion, please mention that in your report as well as that helps us get it to crash on our own machines which in turn lets use fix it easier.

If you encounter java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space error, that means that the game ran out of memory (ram) while processing your request or action.
If you're on mobile, there's not much you can do to alleviate this issue, closing other applications in the background might help. For PC, you can simply increase the maximum heap space as a launch argument. For example -Xmx4G will let the game use up to 4 gigabytes of memory. That is, of course if you have enough memory. Generally, it's not a good idea to allocate more than 50% of your entire system memory. If that doesn't work and you're on PC, please check if you have 64 bit Java installed, because if you don't, game can only use 2 gigabytes of memory.
