hey my game wont load it says i need to restart the game or rebooth my phone.

i did both restart and rebooth but still dont work. yesterday i installed dome plugin like 10 of it while i already have 300+ plugins already. is it because if the plugins? and if so what should i do? i cant log in into the game to delete some of the plugin.

TheoTown files are located under such directories:

• Windows: C:\Users\(insert username)\TheoTown or %USERPROFILE%\TheoTown
• Linux: ~/TheoTown
• MacOS: /user/TheoTown
• Android: /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/info.flowersoft.theotown.theotown/files
  By default you should be in /storage/emulated/0/. Uninstalling the game on Android will delete all files, unless you decide to keep the files when prompted by uninstaller.

If you cannot access game files through these directories, game has an in-built file manager for mobile devices which is accessible from the region view menu.

You can find your plugin, music, region and city files there as well as logs for debugging purposes.

sorry one more question then. how many plugins is good enough for android device to keep to prevent something like this happen again? and i was thinking about the pc version, is there is any limitiation regarding the number of plugins like the phones one? i have been thinkin to play the game in pc too because of this condition. sorry if i questioned a lot. i have been playing this game for so long on my phones its been 6 or seven years now when blueflower was the developer of this game and lobby made the plugins. i love city buildin game and pixel game so when i met theotown for the first time on my old device it was a holy grail. i even sent an individual email once to tell em how i love this game and someone from the developer reply to my email. so i pretty much fallin in love with this game. anyway i didnt really use discord that much so pardon me if i dont know the rules and stuff if this community, but above all that i would to thank you and the community itself for answering and helping me, giving me assistant. or even anyone who reads this massage. you guys know how much this game mean to me. so thank you for the assistant. lookin forward to contribute and participate more in the community.😃😁🙏

To my understanding there's not any specific number of plugins that causes crashes or limits them

It's entirely based on the device

As for PC, I've got a few thousand on PC... So your alot less likely to run into a limit there haha
