When I try to run the game, a screen like this appears and closes after a while.
when i tried run from terminal;

Try searching for crash, log and out files in ~/TheoTown

Usually, the issue was with some of Java's libraries being missing

Do I need to type these commands in the terminal or in the launch options?

I had that in the .profile file, you can probably try to specify that LD_LIBRARY_PATH variable in the launch args
LD_...=/usr/... %command%

Not sure if it's an issue on Arch's end or the game's end
