Problems with account connection/ Connection error

I can't log in to my account from my computer and only from my computer. I can log in on my phone, on another device too, but not on my PC. I don't know what the problem is, my network connection is fine, the internet works fine, the account exists and I enter the data correctly. I tried creating a new account and it didn't work either. Tried reinstalling the game and it didn't help either

Java is available on PC, but I'm not sure if it's the right one. I'll install it from your link and check it out now
