#Copying TheoTown Saves and Plugins over to other PC / Steam Saves?

Hi, I need some advice for copying my saves and plugins from my main pc over to another pc, I know I need to copy the TheoTown folder in users and probably the one in the steamapps as well, but do I need to do anything else to ensure it doesnt break anything on the other pc? thanks.

I also want to know if steam does syncing for TheoTown.

TheoTown does not support Steam Saves. The game stores all its save data in ~/TheoTown (%USERPROFILE%\TheoTown)
