#Android 13 user here, how do I install ZIP plugins without rooting or a pc?

An Android 13 security feature blocks most access to Android/data files to avoid any malware damage. Side effect of this is that most apps that are supposed to allow their users to grab their files from Android/data for modifications don't work for the most part. I don't wanna risk my phone getting damaged from rooting and I don't have a pc as of now.
