Halo I found a plugin that on the forum and it wasn't on the plugin market on TheoTown Android. In the Forum only plugin files are provided in the form of .plugin. How can I install it on Android?, I put it in the plugins folder but nothing happened. Does this only support TheoTown PC?

Yes, I have put it correctly in the Android directory> data> theotown> files>plugin. but it still doesn't install in the game.

Plugins installed like that do not appear in that menu
If its props, then its likely in the decoration category
