When ever I create new region (105 km²) The game is crash and when I open it back again The region that i created is all black and show the loading screen

Simply put delete that region because it's not there

Single cities are smaller
Regions take more RAM to generate and seems like you have insufficient RAM
on the other hand, as smaller cities use less RAM, youre able to generate that

basically when you try to create a map or region, it takes up memory (RAM - random access memory) the bigger it is, the more RAM it uses. Phoneslaptops, pcs have a limited amount of RAM. And sometimes, this isnt sufficient to create regions of some sizes
