I'm a beginner and when and when my number of inhabitants reaches 900 there are a lot of cars and it ends in riot and my inhabitants all leave even though I put speed bumps and red lights on the roads, it doesn't work, can anyone help me, it's hellish, it's the third riot I've suffered because of that
