Achievement bug

Every time i downloaded a plugin they keep giving me this achivement
yet i don't have it
is my steam broken or something or you cant get achievement on sandbox Uber mode

you get the achievement when you collect too many plugins

chances are some op plugin is preventing you from getting this achievement

i did have the same issue
