Industrial keeps spawning cars even tho there are no road connections anymore

this industrial i build spawned to much trucks so i decided to cut off the road, but it just keeps spawning cars endlessly making them disappear to what now is a dead end road

sped it up and let it run for a minute, still spawn cars

welp, dont know what caused it but i ended up not giving the industrial road acces at all

You should send the city file and associated plugins with it
