After updating to the newer game version, some structures from plugins wouldn't accept any transporation from both bus and train. I never used any toolbooths, but I tried putting one up then break it after, nothing changes. I replaced the affected comm building (5×5 Green Mall) with a similar sized one from the default game and the transport rises as normal. I built it elsewhere, the transport still stuck at 50%. The 16x16 industry building is from plugin coke factory, and it's also stuck even tho I have a subway metro station right next to it
