Bro I heard of this really cool game but very unknown game that has districts that you might like called Cities: Skylines and it has what you want, until they add this to TT (never) play that instead bro plus the graphics are better worse

I mean yeah its hard but tbh without some features like that, tt is really not that playable for who wants to really manage the city realisticly and make some rp or that, tt is good for building aesthetic cities but not for a real city managing similator. Game doesnt have enough depth for that.

Yeah, team is mostly selecting less problematic features i believe
It should be hard to develop some features like that, when you compare tt team to c:s team, there is a big difference. We cant expect some big features in short time or problematic features
