i dont think so. I mean noarmal fences go on the edge of a tile so diagonal fences would have to be decor

heres an idea, you can try and achieve it by yourself. It is possible to be done via plugin. There are plugins that exist but they dont meet your needs. Plugin creation is simple enough that if you wish to make a diagonal rotation plugin, you should be able to.
