when i build a residential zone, its work very good and normal until they upgrade from T house to TT house, the population stuck. I check a random house and see every TT house and TTT have ONLY 1 habitant living when it maximum size is 10-20, this cause my city have only poor habitants (lots of motorbike, lifeless, less car, look like a ghost city)
