Hello everyone,
I have some updates regarding a city stopped growing issue that some of you might have experienced lately. It was caused by tollbooth happiness falsly being considered for building place selection. The bug was introduced in 1.11.04 and will be fixed in 1.11.11. The updates for Android and Steam are already in the pipeline and should be available shortly. For iOS the update may take a few more days to become available. Until then it helps to remove all tollbooths or set their charge to zero.
If you experience this issue without using tollbooths please report it as usual so that we can have a look into that as well.
