When I build a zone, no buildings are built, even though I have water and all the other resources necessary to build. I'm on the beta update, and I've attached a video that shows the problem

You all are only using the dense zones

Rather than the lower level zone as well

After doing some testing myself, even with the commercial zone (T,TT and TTT) demand being as high as it can be - on easy-, it still took a long time (like 5 minutes) for them to start building

i kept an eye on different vacant parts of the map when i tested this

but seems like it takes a while but it works

Depending on the demand the zones sometimes have more of the certain levels

Hello! Unfortunately, I have the same problem. The population suddenly flattened, even though I’m building new zones. I tried to reset my new city and redo all the zones, but nothing happened. I tried to manually build new buildings, but they all died or closed. They complain about transportation even though the train station and bus station are right beside them. At first, I thought the new city tile was malfunctioning, so I opened my other cities in my other regions, and lo and behold, the growth of residential, commercial, and industrial was also stagnant.

+I just updated the app yesterday. I think I have found the culprit.

It’s the tolls

I tried to put some tolls in my old city, then boom, the transportation happiness plummets, and everyone is angry.

I removed all the tolls, my city is fine now. I think there’s some problem with the new update regarding the tolls.
