#Progress disappearing

I have an online region which I use to play both in my phone and pc, and every once in a while, something happens and either progress is lost, or small (random almost) parts disappear, for example various fences vanishing into thin air or entire roads at that, whilst I already had built something else after that, which curiously doesn’t disappear; it’s too much for me, because I mean, it’s a city, so I can’t really point out if every time I log in something is lost, I wonder if anyone knows what causes this.

how often is it normally before you switch?

I Guess it’s something with the files or 300 plugins but istg everything else works just perfectly

could be that the plugin creators changed the ids of some plugins? i remember one of the road packs did that recently after it was updated
