HELP!

hello i was working in a city and out of the blue the game crashed and the city just disappeared it is the 6th time this has happened in this and other cities and regions please tell me how

The city should still be there, the preview might just be invisible. Try clicking on it.

I tried but there is nothing there, it is as if the block does not exist :<

Then there should be a file named .backup or .store in your files under regions and your current region.

You would rename it to a .city extension and it should return
