In steam my theotown doesnt have update button, i tried turning beta version on and off, it dont update, version is still old

Not everyone gets the update even if you're on Beta. Maybe wait a couple days, i still haven't got mine

Yea but 1.11.0 (not 1.11.02) isnt beta, why didnt i get it? On phone im already on 1.11.02

A staged rollout means that only a certain percentage of users will get the update at a time. Meaning that the update will come over a matter of days to everyone, rather than all at once. We have no of choosing who get's the update when, it's totally random. So for now you just have to wait.
