#How does the facility effect area work?

The areas that turn green, for example, from the small school, are TINY! Do people need to be able to walk to the school in 30 seconds to be satisfied? Does creating public transport like bus stops to the school fix this? How can I increase the range of these, so I don’t have to have 5000 schools in my city?

You shouldn’t have to be able to see the people in the windows of the school and see what they are doing from your house to be considered within good range of a school
