My current medium city with just under 14,000 inhabitants is not growing in population, and is actually starting to decrease. I've checked demands and demand for commercial and residential TT is very high, while TTT demand is negative. I've demolished tons of wealthy buildings already and built plenty of dense affordable housing using east coast zones, but the graph isn't changing at all. Any advice? (Happiness is 99%, education is 100%)

I have parks everywhere
sears tower
plus a bunch of medium parks
and one large
gritty lantern
Make sure you're giving all the needs (education, religion, etc)
Also, are you using a plugin zone?

or at least no small plugins
like T or TT buildings?

Zones will balance better the levels than plugin zones
