Cant screenshot on PC

everytime i took a screenshot (Fn + PrtSc/ windows key + PrtSc) this show up, any way to fix this?

yeah screenshots don't work properly when in full screen for some reason

personally i get around this by doing pressing the screenshot button and teapping the screen really fast. It works for me since it taskes a while for the screenshot screen to load
