The circled Buildings are getting spawned to often, is there anything i can do against that?

you can space your streets out more so that larger buildings will spawn

@vague badger that happens because the game picks the building with the most dense building per space it takes. So since those buildings have a high population they spawn more

Hm ok thanks, ig ill just delete them but is there an other way to find out from which Plugins the buildings are than just scroll through all my installed plugins?

Rather than doing either of those I would just suggest using manual build to add diversity yourself

Well i also do that but im building an big city and i use automatic building to fill out some areas
