When posting, please ensure the following guidelines are followed:

✅ Posting Guidelines:

1. Use the appropriate tag that best describes your issue.
2. Select the correct platform tag (e.g., Android, PC, iOS) related to your problem.
3. Include your game version (eg., [1.11.12p] ... in the title) to help with compatibility checks.
4. Attach relevant files:
   • crash.txt
   • log.txt
   • out.txt
     These are located in your TheoTown directory (check Ptag files for your system’s location).
5. List any plugins you have installed.
6. Detail reproduction steps: Clearly explain how the issue can be recreated or provide files for reproduction such as the city files of where the issue is occurring.

💥 Reporting Crashes

When submitting a crash report, describe the exact moment or conditions under which the crash occurred. If the crash is reproducible, please include that information — it greatly helps us test and resolve the issue faster.

⚠️ Posts that do not follow these guidelines may be overlooked or delayed in response.
