what things don't you understand? I think it's very easy to use. You just need to enter the id of the building you want to add animation, then select the animation you want to use, you can also add your own animation (but you need to make it to draft first). Then, all you have to do is choose the direction, the number of column or row, and the coordinates.
diffX and diffY are needed to provide space between columns or rows, while offsetY is needed to adjust the height between columns. if you don't get the right position diagonally, maybe your building is lacking isometric.
you can also use layer. a layer can contain only one type of animation. for massive use of definitions, I recommend saving as a file and not copying it to the clipboard.
If any part or button doesn't work, you can let me know.

so X is 0 and Y is -51
but for that the animation must have the same canvas size than the building, coinciding the lights with the windows
for that you can paste the animation in a new layer of the house frame, then delete the 1st layer and save the frame as the animation image
this method is easier for me, idk for someone else

Tbh, there is almost no "must-have" plugins
the French building Pack could be considered as one
simply because the amount of good quality content it adds is very nice
the Prison expansion from kingtut is also a good plugin if you want more challenge
Eventually, once it's out, the railway expansion will include many new mechanics so it will likely be one of TheoTown must-have plugins
