I think the problem is frames. If type of your plugin is rail (elevated railways), you need 32 frames. You can put 16 frames twice or you can use fence for another 16 frames.

Rail plugin is more complicated than road but less features.

In my case, I could use the in-game graphics just as support graphics

Exemple: Can't make a vehicle on your own, use the in-game vehicles as a template

Can't put a good ground texture, use the ones from the game (or make the ground transparent)

And a good tip, always credit the original authors (Theo/Lobby if it's in-game graphics, or any other if you're using their content; If you do the latter, remember to ask the author if you can use it, as @sly ocean stated before
