Update: It's either lag or the new toolbar that caused this issue; I started messing with car movement settings and changed back into old toolbar and it helped. The app would mostly crash when I had the new toolbar opened.

If you have a device with only 1gb of ram, avoid using big map sizes and plugins. Bigger maps will instantly crash your game. I know from experience.

That road plugin might be part of the issue

just a guess but in anyway reconsider your road layout

offer multiple ways for the vehicles to access that location

and it might solve your traffic issue

But from what I see that one road that's leading to your industrial area seems to be of dirt quality which makes vehicles move very slowly so it's to no surprise why there's traffic

again it's some sort of plugin you've got for roads not sure what speed it makes your vehicles move on it, upgrade it to an expressway it should help

I too have problems with industrial buildings producing insane amounts of traffic. Compared to the other parts of my city the industrial section always has heavy traffic.
