4. Unzip the downloaded file
5. Now write the code in the developer console like this:

You press the DSA Headquarters (or the research center) then below right at the tab you will see a research button and there's about 4 to research I think? You will have to research them in order to unlock locked DSA buildings. You will see the requirements by clicking the locked building in DSA category. I hope I helped you tho.😋
