@rough breach the pc version of theotown is premium, which means once you buy it, everything is unlocked and there are no micro transactions in the game. All the iaps are unlocked, plugins are free, there aren't diamonds anymore, so no having to buy the buyback centre etc

I've been trying for that since forever, here's my suggestion: Psuggest add office buildings into the game to act as the third tier industries. As in the real world most large cities don't rely on pollution inducing industries for their industrial demands. In part because they typically get goods from an outside market. Which is why the majority of "industry" in large cities is office oriented. In short, add office buildings to the base game into the industrial category. (Eighth times the charm)
