I was trying to make plugins with the plugin generator of buildings I like, used their images that I saved to my phone, and got an error message when I tried to access the game. I've deleted all plugins, but still can't access the game. I've been getting this message since Tuesday. How do I get back into the game? I've deleted the app, created another Google account and reinstalled the app under that new account, I've even deleted the plugin app. Still can't access. Someone help! Game administrator, code writer...? Someone who can access the coding and fix this. Then please tell me how to do plugins properly, so this problem doesn't occur again.

I have some tips and tricks

Destroy sea rocks to get a lot of money (Very useful throughout the entire game, whether you are in the early stages to even theate stages)

Never let the first fire/epidemic/crime happen
(Having the first fire/crime/epidemic significantly increases the probability of having a new one. The best way to prevent the first disaster from happening is to build Stations and Hospitals ASAP.
- Always go for crematoriums/incinerators
(They are just very space efficient and can handle so much better than Landfills and Cemeteries.)
- Always save some backup money
(Remember that disasters exist. A single Earthquake can easily make you lose millions of money, literally. Destroying a rubble costs 1000T, and an earthquake in a city could mean hundreds of rubble.)
- NEVER turn on autosave
(It is a precautionary measure. I do not think that you would want the game to autosave when a disaster happened and such..)
You do not want an epidemic in your city... Trust me

What I do for traffic @candid hound is place my industry parallel to my commercial district with multiple roads leading to and from. This makes it so semi-trucks travel shorter distances and so they are spread out (preventing congestion).

You would mainly need to have higher education services for your residents. From what I remember that's usually what give opportunity for level 3 industries. @visual harbor
And yeah level 3 industries can even be in 1x1 plots
