Its one of the larger regions, and ive restarted this one part several times with no success of humans moving in. Theyll do so everywhere else. Just not here. There is plots adjacent to this one with ppls. But that doesnt matter scince they should move in no matter what

@royal valve I think the excuse of "they don't like trains" doesn't work anymore.. I mean it should theoricly be used because it's in his "City Center" and peoples will use it to get faster transport... (that's how trains work)

i have been fixing one city of mine a made about a year back i made a copy of it to destroy like i always do but i forgot to make a copy one day and destroyed my biggest city
so i found a very old copy of it back when it had around 68 thousand people and ive slowly been bringing the population back up and fixing mistakes i made when making it
