Or at least 1, 5, 3 passenger. This is unacceptable bug/error. Because some cities in this world depends on the trains. Look at Japanese cities for example. Or train between European countries.

The working public transportation are bus n metro. The trains are not working. About airplane I never try it because I'm too lazy to play more than 1 city.

I think it's not the problem. The ppl tend to use metro n bus rather than train. The train stations never full of passengers. I don't know why.....
