/suggest Garbage, Garbage Truck, Landfill and Garbage Load
Here's how it works:

People generate garbage over a CERTAIN amount of time and it causes pollution about 2 tiles far.
This where Garbage Trucks come in, they automatically circle around the village/town/city. They are spawned by building the Garbage load.
Garbage Trucks go to Landfills (can be built, 5 tile pollution) to dispose of the trash collected. Each truck can carry 10 waste (can be upgraded to 100) before going to the landfill. You can get more trucks by buying them.
