To anyone havinv problems installing plugins:
If the plugins end with the .plugin format, you cannot extract it as it is encrypted, just put it in >Theotown>plugin folder

If it is zipped use android to unzip it and put the folder in plugins folder, you can also put zips inside plugin folder.

If it is rar, download winrar from playstore and extract the content from the rar to plugins folder.
