1 - gogmazios is hr100, weapon swapping incentivized (fire and dragon)
2 - gogmazios mats can be used with R8 Artian weapons to upgrade it to have 1 set bonus skill and 1 group skill (retains its existing reinforcement bonuses as well). the reinforcement bonuses for these weapons are also stronger, so get more reinforcement mats. (event quests for reinforce mats will be up from the day of this tweet)
3 - new armor upgrade feature called transcending available from hr100+, transcending raises the armors max level so you can upgrade it more. also gives r5 and r6 armor more slots to increase their viability. TU4 will make armor sphere easier to obtain, but in the meantime they can be gathered from 7* investigations & event quests
4 - some monster parts will give more smelting points, new measures to make armor spheres easier to obtain: perm event quest for gathering HEAVY (the strongest armor sphere) ARMOR SPHERE, and increased the amount you can obtain from limited bounties
5 - 9* rathalos is available, and some balance changes and buffs for weapons
