Do MSQ and Job quests

You can ignore sidequests

general rule is do blue side quests because they unlock stuff, but you can always come back and do them later, however, you should always do quests for the job you are playing, because abilities/job progression is locked behind them

So, quests with these icons

blue means they unlock something

sometimes is just side stuff, ie: aesthetician to change how you look. Job quests share the icon

job quests are a must till lvl 70 since they give you abilities
