because logically, high crit means less sps, so longer recast times, so you'd deplete your triple casts much slower
so more free movement over time

the issue with faster encounters would be tied to the leylines actually
not being able to fully take advantage of them is catastrophic
so far it felt like they absolutely wanted to push that Flare Star mechanic onto blm while removing the non-standard lines, which led them to that conclusion of removing timers and faster cast times, similar to the general base gcd for other jobs
