What exactly do you find hard in the banana strat? It's objectively easier to do than DN. You know exactly every step you have to do as soon as your clone spawns, you resolve every single part of this mechanic at D, except 3 first defams, you don't need to adjust for near/far, you have full uptime the entire time, with nearly 0 movement happening, and there's no pixel perfect bullshit so it's perfectly safe
Maybe you just didn't practice it enough, but once you get it, you'll see that it's just better strat in general

In ShB the Shoebill is a reoccurring gag all throughout the story. Heās easy to miss but he shows up constantly and will even appear occasionally in the Crystarium player Inn. This is one of the interactions that occurs.

That's a valid criticism. I'd argue that the weapons which were the rewards for criterion savage weren't really adequate for the level of difficulty anyways.
They're basically equivalent to the glowing crafted weapons that we get.

What criterion needs is the alternative gear to savage as rewards. You can't realistically add anything except that, in addition to what already is in the rewards.
But it also needs to be a savage difficulty, not be harder than any ultimate in the game

Still funny how fast the familiar story elements came back (and I'm happy they did) when the sub number tanked though. Within a couple patches. Which is giga fast by SE standards.

TBF that strat's been a thing since even ARR obv not the fight but the way enemies attacks are structured you can lock them out of their next mechanic depending on what they're gonna do next by forcing them into a chase cuz the way the sequence is coded the enemy has to do a specific set of auto attacks before continuing
Its just really fucking hard to do cuz ya gotta account for latency
Otherwise they'll do the auto at further range then they should be you can see it sometimes during a wall to wall
its a hell of a flex to pull it off consistently
