with no heal.

then there was the option to equip a 5th utility instead of an elite

but elites are a big cornerstone of gw1

so they wanted to anchor that

the heal was the one that was questionable.

but again it was because there were legit reasons to not need it

but that philosphy was tossed aside, and heal utilities were forced in the subsequent combat betas.
